MaidCRM Cleaner App
Cleaner Handbook
Everything you need to work with us: sign in, find jobs, get assigned, do the work, and get paid. Ten minutes to read, and you are ready.
1. Sign in
How do I get into the app?
- Open the MaidCRM Cleaner app.
- Type your phone number. Use the same number your office has on file.
- Tap "Send code".
- We text you a 6-digit code. Type it in.
- You are in. There is no password to remember.
2. Find jobs
Where do I see work I can take?
Open the "Jobs" tab. It shows open jobs in your area.
Every job card shows the important things before you commit: the pay, the date and time, the size of the home (bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet), and any extra services the customer added.
No surprises: the pay you see on the card is the pay for that job.
3. Apply for a job
How do I take a job I want?
- Tap the job to open it.
- Read the details. Some jobs list requirements, for example "I have supplies" or "I have transport".
- Tick each requirement box to confirm it is true for you.
- Tap "Confirm and apply".
4. Get assigned
What happens after I apply?
Applying is not the same as being assigned. The office reviews applications and picks the cleaner for each job.
When you are chosen, you get a text message, and the job appears in your "Bookings" tab.
If you were not chosen, nothing happens. Keep applying to other jobs. Applying to more jobs means more work.
5. Your schedule
Where do I see my upcoming work?
The "Bookings" tab is your schedule. Every job you are assigned to is there.
Tap a booking to see everything you need: the address, the start time, the size of the home, the service type, extra services the customer paid for, and any entry notes.
Check it the night before. Know where you are going and what the job includes.
6. At the job
What do I do on the day?
- Arrive on time. If you are running late, tell your office right away (section 8).
- When you get there, open the job in the app and tap "Arrived".
- Clean everything the booking lists. If the customer paid for extras like inside the fridge or inside the oven, those are part of the job, not optional.
- When you are finished, tap "Complete job".
- Tapping Complete tells the office the job is done, and done jobs are what you get paid for.
7. Types of cleans
What is the difference between the jobs?
Standard clean: the regular clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, surfaces.
Deep clean: a standard clean plus the detailed work, like baseboards, tile scrubbing, and built-up grime. It pays more because it is more work.
Move-out or move-in clean: an empty (or nearly empty) home, cleaned everywhere, including inside cabinets and appliances. Usually the most thorough job.
Post-construction: after building work. Dust everywhere. Bring patience.
Hourly: you are booked for a number of hours, not a fixed task list. The booking says how many.
Extras (add-ons): things the customer paid extra for, like inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows, or laundry. The booking lists them. Always do them.
One-time vs recurring: a recurring customer has a repeating schedule, for example every two weeks. Treat recurring customers extra well. They are steady income.
8. Getting paid
How and when do I get my money?
- Every job shows its pay before you apply. That number is yours for completing the job.
- The "Earnings" tab shows your unpaid balance: money for completed jobs that has not been sent yet.
- Tap "Request payout" when you want it sent.
- The office sends your money using the payout method on your profile, for example Zelle or Cash App.
- Add or update your payout method in the "Profile" tab, so the office always knows where to send it.
9. Who to contact
Something came up. Who do I talk to?
Your office is your first contact for everything about jobs, customers, scheduling, and pay.
In the app: open "Profile", then tap "Help / contact office". It shows your office phone number so you can call or text.
You can also use the "Chat" tab to message the office inside the app.
